If you would like to return an item, please contact us by e-mail, fax or in writing to get our return authorization.  We would appreciate it if you let us know the reason for the return so we can improve our products or service in the future.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

 

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately.  We will instuct you on how to handle the return of the damaged item.

 

SALES TAX:

 

In accordance with state laws, any shipment to California will be subject to California state sales tax.  Sales tax will not be charged to any sales outside of the state of California.

 

OTHER:

 

Please keep in mind that one can only count on an increase or decrease of  a maximum of one and one-half sizes (1 1/2) when sizing a ring.  Due to design variations, some ring resizing is limited or not recommended.  The range recommended is normally stated in the detail description.  Any rings that are resized can not be returned for a refund.

 

Because of the uniqueness of our jewelry, availability is limited.  We will do our best to keep avaialbility updated on the website.  At times, the possibility exists that a piece may have been sold and the website may not have been updated yet.  We apologize if this occurs, and will notify you  quickly if this should occur.
